Create a list of at least 50 things you are currently and presently thankful for. Those things could be “stuff” we have. It could be things we see in those around us. It could be for memories. It could be for pleasures around us - things we see, hear, taste, touch, and smell.
When you find yourself frustrated by a situation or a person, pause in that moment and consider how you can be thankful in that situation and for that person and add to your list.
When you find yourself being wrapped up by “empty words” in marketing or thoughts of what could be if you only buy, participate in, or achieve this or that, pause and push back with thankfulness for what is. Add to your list.
